As the front desk is not manned 24 hours, please inform The Sandpiper Guest Apartments of your expected arrival time at the time of making your booking, with your airline and flight details. Guest must be 18 years of age to check into this property.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
There is a 14 day cancellation policy at The Sandpiper. Your deposit will be returned less $20.00 handling charge. Should you cancel with 14 days of your arrival date, you will forfeit 100% of your deposit. Larger Parties with multiple rooms will have a 21 day cancellation policy.
What about Additional Guests?
Extra-person charges will apply to any overnight guests residing in the unit not previously disclosed in the booking.
Does the propery allow parties/events, smoking or pets?
The property has a policy that does not permit the following:
- NO parties/events
- NO smoking in the rooms
- NO pets
Children & Extra Beds?
Children are welcomed at The Sandpiper. Extra beds are not available. There is no capacity for cots in the guest rooms. We do offer Pack & Play for babies/infants.
